Presentation skill: decks in your own house style

With this free presentation skill, Claude builds decks that look like your company made them: your logo, colours, fonts and tone. The first time, the skill asks a few questions about your house style. Then it updates itself and becomes your own presentation skill.

What the skill does

A skill is a folder of instructions Claude follows whenever a task calls for it. This presentation skill starts with an onboarding: it asks exactly what it needs, checks that your colours are readable and shows three sample slides. If they look right, it builds your own version.

After that you just ask "make a presentation about our new offer" and get an outline per slide, and once you agree, the deck itself. As PowerPoint (.pptx), so you can carry on in your own template, or as an HTML file that opens in any browser and saves as PDF.

So everyone who uses the skill ends up with a different one. That fits how we look at AI: it only really works when it fits your company.

How it works

1Download and upload
Download the zip and upload it to Claude. How to do that is explained below.
2Onboarding
Ask for a presentation. The skill first asks for your logo, colours, fonts and tone.
3Three sample slides
You see a title slide, a content slide and a closing slide in your house style. You can adjust twice.
4Update the skill
Click the button Claude shows to update the skill. From then on it is your presentation skill.

What you provide

Needed

Company name
Logo as SVG, or PNG with a transparent background at least 1000 pixels wide (ideally a white version too)
Colours as hex codes, like #24534D: main colour, second colour, text colour and background. No idea? A link to your website or brand guide works too.

Installing

In Claude

Download the zip. Do not unpack it.
In Claude, go to Settings > Capabilities and switch on code execution.
Upload the zip under Skills.
Start a new chat and ask for what the skill does. The skill starts by itself.

On Claude Team or Enterprise? An admin can add the skill for everyone.

In Microsoft 365 Copilot

Download the zip.
Upload it where your organisation has switched on skills in Copilot. That differs per licence and per setting.
Don’t see the option? Ask your IT admin.

Copilot uses the same format. We have not tested the skill in Copilot yet.

In ChatGPT

Download the zip.
In ChatGPT, go to Skills, choose Create and then Upload from your computer.
In a company ChatGPT workspace, an admin has to allow skill uploads.

Frequently asked questions

Is the presentation skill really free?: Yes. You download the zip without an account or email address. You do need Claude with code execution switched on; according to Anthropic that works on every plan, including the free one.
Does Prompit see my house style or presentations?: No. The skill runs in your own Claude. We receive nothing you upload or make.
Does the skill work in English?: Yes. The skill replies in the language you use, and makes decks in English and Dutch.
Can I change the skill later?: Yes. Ask Claude "change my presentation skill", say what should be different and click update again.
