The EU AI Act asks organisations that use AI to make sure their people can work with it sensibly. A hands-on masterclass with your own work is a good way to do that.
Article 4 of the EU AI Act is about AI literacy: organisations that provide or use AI systems take measures so that staff working with them have sufficient knowledge and skills. The rule has applied since 2 February 2025 and was amended in 2026.
No fixed level, exam or certificate is required. What is appropriate depends on your organisation, the AI you use and who works with it. You can keep a record of the training your staff have followed. This is not legal advice: check the current rules with the European Commission or your own lawyer.
A general course explains what AI is. In the masterclass your people learn to work with the tool you already have, on their own tasks, including what not to give to AI and why. That is AI literacy that sticks.
In the free intake I look at your goals, the tools you use and how far everyone is. I tailor the masterclass to that. Each group is up to 5 people from your own company, so everyone actually gets to work.
